Victoria Yuste, known as Natusterrae, is an artist born in Béjar (Salamanca) and based in Madrid since childhood. Although she studied Business Administration and Law, her true calling has always been art. She began her artistic journey through painting, exploring techniques such as acrylic, oil, watercolor, and Chinese ink. However, it was clay that awakened a deeper connection within her. Since then, she has poured her creativity into sculpture, developing an organic language that reflects emotions, silences, and human bonds. Her work invites the viewer to pause, to contemplate the essential, and to engage in a dialogue with the inner self. For her, art is presence and possibility. Her personal motto — “the moment is now” — encapsulates her way of creating and being in the world: with awareness of the present, with dedication, and without delay.

She works with high-temperature clay, a living, ancestral, and honest material. She is drawn to its malleability and strength, its ability to preserve gestures, traces, and the unspoken. Her sculptures are born from an emotional impulse, from an inner image or a silence that needs form. She finds inspiration in the human, in bonds, in intimacy, and in the symbolic. She is captivated by what does not shout but endures: a body that curves, a hand that offers itself, a fragment that speaks. Each piece is an invitation to pause, to contemplate, to remember. She does not seek to impose meaning, but rather to open a space for connection. Volume, emptiness, and texture are part of the language she uses to express what words cannot reach.
